Living in a very warm climate can be challenging at times. Growing up, I always knew that I needed to move to an area with a warmer climate because I was always cold. After Vince and I got married, we moved to a beautiful community out West. Our neighbors are some of the sweetest people on earth. I really love living here, but it does get quite hot especially in the summertime. Last summer, Vince and I went camping in our camper for the first time in almost five years. We hadn’t went for so long because the air conditioner in our camper wasn’t working well. We got the air conditioner fixed at the beginning of last summer, so we wanted to go camping regularly again. Well, our new air conditioner worked much better than we thought it would which made us really happy. Camping is so much more enjoyable when you have working air conditioning. The funny thing is that we set the thermostat so low in the camper that we actually froze the air conditioner. I’m not really sure how it happened, but the air conditioner had chunks of ice in it! I found it humorous. My husband, on the other hand, did not. We learned not to set the air conditioning too low, but it was still so much better than not having air conditioning at all. I love living out West where it’s warm year round, but having air conditioning is a must. Apparently not only having air conditioning but knowing the proper temperature to set it is a must for my family.
