Special consideration for mobile homes

My uncle owns a local repair shop in town and when he gave me a task about ten years ago I jumped at the chance. I could really see myself working for him until he retired and then hopefully taking over the company some day. He doesn’t have any kids of his own, so it was something that was a occasion. I have been a loyal employee, gone through expansive training and paid close attention to every detail of the Heating and Air Conditioning repair company that he worked so hard to build; My associate and I recently landed a contract to maintain Heating and Air Conditioning units in all the homes for a current mobile cabin park that is being designed in town. The housing complex will comprise two hundred units and will have exclusive rights to be on call to repair any of the Heating and Air Conditioning units on the site. I learned that there are special considerations that need to be taken into account when it comes to these units and they are weird from the ones in conventional homes. The units are similar in some ways to conventional residential ones but they are also similar to those found in RVs. All of this means that I will need to go through more training to make sure that I am well versed in how these systems operate, but even the air duct is weird in these units and can not be cleaned and diagnosed like the ones found in normal homes. The learning process will be a challenge however I am really up for it, and with any luck I will be able to take the company into a whole current part of expertise for the next generation.
