Special consideration for mobile homes

My aunt owns a local service shop in neighborhood and when he offered me a task about ten years ago I jumped at the chance. I could really see myself working for him until he retired and then hopefully taking over the dealer some afternoon. He doesn’t have any teenagers of his own, so it was something that was a opportunity. I have been a loyal employee, gone through extensive training and paid close attention to every detail of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service dealer that he worked so taxing to build, and my pal and I recently landed a contract to maintain Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units in all the homes for a new mobile household park that is being designed in town. The housing complex will comprise two hundred units and will have exclusive rights to be on call to service any of the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C units on the site. I learned that there are special considerations that need to be taken into account when it comes to these units and they are different from the ones in conventional homes. The units are similar in some ways to conventional residential ones however they are also similar to those found in RVs; All of this means that I will need to go through more training to make sure that I am well versed in how these systems operate, but even the air duct is different in these units and can not be cleaned and worked on like the ones found in normal homes. The learning process will be a challenge however I am absolutely up for it, and with any luck I will be able to take the dealer into a whole new section of proficiency for the next generation.
