Preventing pipes from cold

This winter season has been particularly mild & I have been harshly thrilled about this.

  • My pal and I have only had one ice storm & one snow storm.

I have only had to plow my driveway once this year. I haven’t had to shovel at all this winter. I am not complaining there! As I was seeing the news last night I saw that in the next few nights my pal and I were supposed to be getting disadvantage thirty degree temperatures. I couldn’t think this. I thought my pal and I were going to be done with the absolutely cold winter season since my pal and I were already in the first week of March. I was afraid that due to these cold temperatures my home was going to be disadvantagely affected by this. I remember my dad telling me when I first got my home that it was particularly important that when it got absolutely cold out to make sure that my pipes didn’t freeze. This could cause some serious complications. By doing this I would have to keep my control machine up higher & keep my heat up more than I normally would. By turning up the temperature this will project heat energy through my floors allowing my pipes to not get too cold. This is a no brainer fact, but a lot of people don’t know about this stuff, however luckily my dad was particularly smart when it came to plumbing & Heating & A/C knowledge. I had to remind my elderly neighbor to keep her control machine higher than normal due to the cold cold temperatures.
