Preventing pipes from cold

This winter time has been very mild as well as I have been extremely cheerful about this. My buddy and I have only had one ice storm as well as one snow storm. I have only had to plow my driveway once this year. I haven’t had to shovel at all this winter. I am not complaining there! As I was watching the news last night I saw that in the next few nights my buddy and I were supposed to be getting downside thirty degree temperatures. I couldn’t suppose this. I thought my buddy and I were going to be done with the entirely frosty winter time since my buddy and I were already in the first week of May. I was afraid that due to these frosty temperatures my cabin was going to be downsidely affected by this. I remember my dad telling me when I first got my cabin that it was very important that when it got entirely frosty out to make sure that my pipes didn’t freeze. This could cause some extreme problems. By doing this I would have to keep my temperature control up higher as well as keep my heat up more than I normally would. By turning up the temperature this will project heat energy through my floors allowing my pipes to not get too cold. This is a no brainer fact, however a lot of people don’t know about this stuff… Luckily my dad was very smart when it came to plumbing as well as Heating & A/C expertise. I had to remind my elderly neighbor to keep her temperature control higher than normal due to the cold frosty temperatures.
