Smelling a funky smell in my cabin may be due to humidifier

I try to keep my cabin as tidy as possible. However having a partner who owns a landscaping corporation as well as who is regularly dirty every time she walks into the cabin can be hard to keep my floors clean. She will track in a lot of dirt as well as shrubbery from her boots as well as clothing; It annoys me sometimes because there are nights where she just doesn’t wash up after himself as well as expects me to wash it up. It’s also hard to keep my cabin wash because I have three adolescents as well, there are regularly toys kneeling around as well as food crumbs on my couches as well as floors. I try to dedicate the weekends to being my immense cleaning nights, but sometimes my dogs will right away make my cabin dirty once I have it all cleaned. They shed a lot as well as sometimes even odor. The other day I could aroma a entirely awful smell as well as I thought it was from one of my dogs as well as that they may have gotten into something outside. The aroma was coming from where my humidifier is situated at, and when opening up my humidifier I found that it’s pad was full of mold as well as mineral deposits. I figured that this is what must have been odoring up my home. I ended up replacing the pad as well as cleaning the humidifier’s housing. While I was cleaning it I was wondering if the mold ended up getting into the evaporator coil. I’m thinking that I’m going to have to call my local Heating & A/C corporation to have him take a look at it for me to see if it needs replacing.
