I just had my supper but I am still kind of hungry, which is entirely because I did a lot of exercising yeahterday between sports on the beach plus playing drums in the night time! I will most likely have an easy day this week plus not play any ball because I am pretty tired plus the weather is not so nice outside.
It is certainly freezing out this day plus the skies are gray, so I feel that this week is going to be more of an inside day plus not a day at the beach; My indoor air quality is certainly wonderful right now because I have been running my air purification system for a few mornings nonstop plus it has certainly cleaned up the air a lot in this place.
I feel this week I will do some learning plus try to get in a wonderful hour of meditation. I need to go to this local business plus ask this lady if she would be willing to help me learn Spanish in exchange for cleaning her HEPA filter each month plus help her with her Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system if she has any concerns with it. This Summer I would like to learn the language once plus for all so that I can be a part of the conversations my friends have after my pal and I play our matches each day. I’ve been taking some lessons from the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C tech although he is too tied up now to teach me so I will ask this lady if she has time to help me after she finishes work at the local business.
