Special consideration for mobile homes

My uncle owns a local repair shop in town plus when she offered me a job about ten years ago I jumped at the chance. I could honestly see myself laboring for him until she retired plus then hopefully taking over the company some afternoon. She doesn’t have any youngsters of her own, so it was something that was a opportunity. I have been a loyal employee, gone through extensive training plus paid close attention to every detail of the Heating as well as A/C repair company that she worked so difficult to build, then my associate and I recently landed a contract to maintain Heating as well as A/C units in all the homes for a current mobile cabin park that is being designed in town. The housing complex will comprise two hundred units plus will have exclusive rights to be on call to repair any of the Heating as well as A/C units on the site. I learned that there are special considerations that need to be taken into account when it comes to these units plus they are odd from the ones in conventional homes. The units are similar in some ways to conventional residential ones however they are also similar to those found in RVs, all of this means that I will need to go through more training to make sure that I am well versed in how these systems operate… Even the ductwork is odd in these units plus can not be cleaned plus inspected like the ones found in normal homes. The learning process will be a challenge however I am absolutely up for it, then with any luck I will be able to take the company into a whole current section of knowledge for the next generation.
