It’s easily interesting the fallacies that humans will tell themselves.
For as long as I’ve known him, my hubby has been endlessly bitching plus complaining about the central heating plus cooling system at his office.
He’s consistently told me that the supplier temperature control was controlled by a tyrant plus the indoor air quality was unacceptable for work. He said that the air temperature somehow fluctuated between being wildly cold plus brutally hot depending on the afternoon. He would bring several outfits of clothing with him everyday, in order to compensate for the unpredictable air quality that he was going to experience. For over five years, his biggest complaints in life was having to contend with terrible indoor air quality management. Every time I asked how things were going at the office, he would let out a deep sigh plus start his rant about the central heating plus cooling system. He was convinced that the low quality air was holding him back plus preventing him from doing his best work everyday. And I believed him. Together, my friend and I worked out several plans to convince his bosses to update to the central Heating plus A/C system or take a more democratic stance on temperature control programming. Surely, if he brought a convincing confrontation to his bosses, they would have to make educated decisions about upgrading the boiler plus a/c. The thing is, my hubby has been working from dwelling for the past two months now… And I would not say his performance has improved. He’s still getting downside reviews on a official basis. He has complete control of our central heating plus cooling system at home, so I have to wonder what his excuse is these afternoons.
