Zone controlled heating for the lower level of restaurant

When I started looking into my central forced air heating options, however, I realized that it might make more sense to invest in zone controlled heating with radiant heated floors

It’s always been one of my dreams to own my own restaurant. It wouldn’t be your standard food place. In fact, for many years I worked out several business schemes and even began pricing out my ingredients for the intended menu. When the opportunity arose and I actually had a shot at opening my very own restaurant, I was ready to go. I immediately purchase the space and began making the initial notifications to my brand new eatery. One of the things that had to go was the terrible old heating and cooling system. The furnace and air conditioning systems installed in the current building where at least 10 years old. They could have had some additional life left in them, if the prior owners ever bothered to have professional HVAC service appointments for their air quality control equipment. Since the heating and cooling devices have been ignored, they needed to be ripped out. I wanted to install brand new central heating and cooling systems that would be energy-efficient and provide the highest indoor quality for my customers. When I started looking into my central forced air heating options, however, I realized that it might make more sense to invest in zone controlled heating with radiant heated floors. The lower level of the building could easily be used as a dining space for the restaurant, but it would be too cold. If I installed my zone control heating, theoretically I could provide enough warmth to the lowest level without overextending my central heating system or causing the top level to burn up. This brand new radiant heating flooring system is more than I intended to pay, but I’ll do what I have to for the restaurant of my dreams.
