A home bakery

People always say that you should be careful about choosing your hobbies as career past.

I’ve heard from so many people that using one of your passions as your primary means of income is a terrible idea.

Apparently, it makes you start to resent that activity when you are putting your entire livelihood in its hands. I can totally understand how this is the case. However, I also can’t understand how people continue working and useless office jobs that they desperately hate. I know that I couldn’t continue doing it. That’s when I decided I would jump ship and follow one of my passions to open my very own home bakery. I thought that it would be a breeze to get started. But I didn’t realize was that I was going to have to upgrade a whole lot of equipment in order to make this happen. If you don’t know much about baking, you might not know that you need to have the optimal measurements and temperature settings for everything to happen correctly. I realized pretty quickly that my indoor heating and cooling system was not capable to maintain the proper air conditions needed to sustain my high-end gourmet baking. My ingredients themselves were constantly going bad. The indoor air was so humid and hot that it would destroy my specialty ingredients, which were expensive. I found that when I was mixing up my doughs, the texture was incorrect. The humidity and the extra air temperature was forcing chemical reactions to happen in the heat. After I finally would finish baking my masterpieces, I often found them melting in the unmanaged air conditions in the house. Although my central heating and cooling system was running at full capacity, there just wasn’t enough Heating and Cooling power where to handle the southern summer. I knew that this was something I wanted to do I need the investment. I bought a brand new heating and cooling system. This baking business better take off, because I have a lot of expensive machinery to pay for.
