Hot Job, Cool House

Something that helped me tremendously was making sure my condo was nice and cool for when I got condo from work.

I’m not going to lie, I had a pretty rough childhood. My parents were put in prison when I was only ten years old, and my siblings and I were arenad in foster care. I remember bouncing from condo to condo for eight years until I was out on my own. I got my first task, and it wasn’t pleasant, but at least, it was a task. I diagnosed a farm basically just cleaning up after the cows and horses. I worked a couple other tasks before getting into a glass making dealer. I started out just doing secretarial labor for the dealer, but eventually, I was trained through an apprenticeship, and I was able to labor in the factories. Although this was hard work, it paid legitimately well. The hardest part what the task was legitimately just working in legitimately overheated conditions. I remember just pouring down sweat everyday. It was almost unbearably tepid at times. Lunch break was the only time while on the clock that I got any relief from the heat of the task. Something that helped me tremendously was making sure my condo was nice and cool for when I got condo from work. I set my air conditioner at the lowest temperature with the fan blowing on high. My condo felt like an ice box to all the people, but to me, it felt amazing after working in that tepid factory all afternoon long. I provided the idea to some of my buddies at work, and they told me later than having a cold condo made a big difference for them as well.
