I never worry about my boiler, should I?

Almost thirty years ago my associate and I bought a run down house on the outskirts of town.

Many people thought my associate and I were crazy for doing so however my hubby and I had a vision for the locale.

My pal and I knew that with time and money my associate and I could revive the aged locale to its former glory. At the turn of the century it was a beautiful mansion that hosted parties for the rich and famous. Once the owners died the locale sat vacant for almost five years before my associate and I bought it. Time and lack of utilities unquestionably took a toll on the locale. At least the water was shut off so no flooding took locale. The largest problem was the fact that heat and humidity had caused serious harm to the walls and floorboards. Anyway, that is all history now. My pal and I knew that my associate and I needed to install a new Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system first thing to beginning getting the locale back in shape. My pal and I installed a boiler for heat and used portable air conditioning systems for the Summer months. My pal and I went with a boiler because it would not need constant repair and my associate and I could simply shut it off during the Summer and back on for the colder months. My pal and I liked the fact that it was a cleaner way to heat as well. The other afternoon my fiance asked me why my associate and I never had anyone come to tune up the boiler. She said that he had read that problems with the holding tank or burner could happen and could not recall ever having it worked on out. I feel I was always under the impression that it would just run forever without any problems. Now I am second guessing that idea. I will be contacting our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer in neighborhood to see what they say about the whole thing.
