Using thick toilet paper and clogging up toilet

When my mom goes grocery shopping she likes to buy the least expensive things.

She even brings her coupons with her to get money off. She will save at least fifty dollars every time she goes to the store. My dad and I call her the bargain shopper, but her money saving ways have rubbed off both of us. However there are some things that my mom buys that I will tell her to not buy again. She bought cheap knock off oreo’s that tasted like plastic. The motto is true, “you get what you pay for.” My mom has done this multiple times where she’ll buy cheap food and it’ll not taste good or the ingredients are twice as bad for you as the normal brand. The other day my mom went to the store and I helped her unload her car. She bought cheap toilet paper that I’m sure has clogged up our pipes. These past few months we’ve had to use the plunger for our toilets because randomly our toilets won’t flush. Because the toilet paper is very cheap my mom thinks it’s a smart idea to buy it. However it isn’t a good idea because the toilet paper is very thick. I don’t think our septic tank can break it down that fast or very easily. My dad and I have told my mom that just because something is cheap, it doesn’t mean that it’s the greatest purchase, it may be doing more harm than actually good.
